Florida is led by songwriter/guitarist Billy Summer. Billy and drummer Kyle Lovell cut their teeth in the legendary and volatile The Semis, then carved out years of new wave power pop hits with Luxury Mane. Bassist Aaron Akers—veteran of Four Star Riot, Hangtown, Barely Pink,—locked in with Florida in 2025. Rounding it out is guitarist Matthew Boyle, a St. Pete/Brooklyn artist and the perfect dueling axeman for a band built to burn it down.
